I got an apartment!!!!!! Yippee!!!!
I found out today that I got an apartment that I applied for!!!! It is a 1 bedroom with a study (in Texas you can get a "second bedroom" for cheaper, by them calling it a den or study) and an ATTACHED GARAGE!!!! This is such a blessing because I come home late by myself with cash and didn't want to have to walk across a parking lot by myself! It also provides a little extra storage :)
The "study" will be my office/guest room. It is big enough that I will be able to have room for my teaching stuff and my Creative Memories stuff. And, I'm on the second floor! A little more security :) SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!

Heather, Just lastnight I was intoduced to a young woman who is moving to Round Rock. Her husband is being transferred and she is a little leary about the move. I told her about you...well, not ALL about you, but that you are making the CA/TX transistion. Anyway, she was encouraged by the little bit of your story. Good job on the apt. I just know that you are going to end up extremely thankful for whatever amount of time God gives you there.
